Finished Pieces

Here are the pieces for 2 sets of the jaws (I made 4 sets). These were made using a pieces cut from some 3/4" x 2" bar stock I had in my "stash". Bigger...

Intended Use

Actual Use

Here's a few of them in use. Works great! Bigger...

Fixed Clamp Drawing

Here's a dimensioned drawing of the fixed clamp. It's also available in PDF form, and Rhino form. The drawing doesn't show it, but I also milled a small relief in the inside corner of the clamp using a 1/16" endmill with the workpiece mounted at a 45 degree angle. Bigger...

Movable Clamp Drawing

Here's a dimensioned drawing of the moveable clamp. It's also available in PDF form, and Rhino form. Bigger...
